Privacy and Cookie Policy

When you send the quote request form, I collect your name, phone number, email address, city, the type of cleaning you want, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how often you would like visits and any notes you add. I use this only to prepare your quote, reply to you and schedule work.

Quote requests are stored in a secure database hosted by my website platform and are readable only by me. I keep them as long as needed to serve you and for ordinary business records, and delete them on request.

My hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of the visit. This is used for security, reliability and basic traffic understanding.

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not sell your information. Cookies or local storage may be set in these cases:

• Essential hosting cookies. Used to serve pages securely and keep the site working.
• Facebook page feed. The Facebook feed near the bottom of the home page does not load until you choose to load it. Once loaded, Meta may set cookies and receive your IP address and browser details, subject to Meta's own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts. Typefaces are requested from Google's font servers, which receive your IP address to deliver the files.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you from browsing the site or sending a quote request.

This site is verified with Google Search Console so I can see how it performs in Google search results. Search Console reports aggregated, anonymous data such as search queries, impressions and clicks. It does not set cookies on this website and does not identify individual visitors. Google's own crawling and search activity is governed by Google's privacy policy.

My business page is at Facebook. If you message me there or comment on posts, that interaction is handled by Meta under its terms and privacy policy. Photos of completed work are shared only when the homeowner is comfortable with it, and I never publish addresses or identifying details.

I do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with the service providers that run this website and its database, or when the law requires it.

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the information you have sent through this site, or to stop contacting you. Email emmakristensen661@gmail.com and I will take care of it.

This site is meant for adults arranging cleaning services and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
